A maximum of 5 cards can be requested in the name of a company. Every card shows the name of the authorized person, but the invoice is made to the name and address of the company. Requesting the cards is free of charge and has no financial implications. The card can be requested by the head of the company/institution authorized to sign in person or by anyone with a two-witness power of attorney issued by him. Also, via the new digital account, you can also invite your friends online so that they can receive an authorization card under the customer number belonging to your company. The new card holder can only receive the new card in person, by presenting their identity card, or after finalizing the registration, they can upload it to the METRO Companion application, so they can digitally store and use their METRO card.
