You can report a customer complaint in several ways: you can report the problem to the employee representing Metro in the area, and we also await your feedback at our central e-mail address info@metro.co.hu or the e-mail address and phone number on our pages listed above. Our company treats complaints as a matter of priority, so we try to respond to them as quickly as possible, no later than within 30 working days according to the law.
