In case of repayment by bank card, it may take several days for the amount to arrive on the current account.
- Attaching the invoice to the central e-mail address, it is necessary to indicate which product was overbilled. The letter must state how much was actually purchased. After that, the recordings will be reviewed and we will contact you via the contact information you provided and refund the price of the product.
Wrong price:
- • In person in the store, you have the opportunity to request a record from the checkout supervisor.
- • You can also notify the central e-mail address by attaching the invoice. In this case, it is necessary to indicate in the e-mail what price was mentioned for the product (on which page of the newspaper, attach a screenshot) If you bought a discounted product, it is recommended to take a photo of the yellow label and attach it to the e-mail.
