How can the METRO card expire? What to do in this case?

If you do not make purchases with the METRO card for two years (in the case of applying for a new card, one year after redemption), the card becomes inactive. If the business is still alive and wants to renew its card, our customer service staff will reactivate your card after presenting the documents required for the card application and after a brief data reconciliation. The representative of the company or a person authorized by him is entitled to administration.
