I lost my METRO card. What to do, how can I get another one?

If you have made purchases with your card in our stores within 2 years, you can request a replacement for your card in any METRO store by presenting your ID card. If you have not made a purchase with the METRO card for 2 years, the card has become inactive. In this case, to replace the card, the documents required for the card application must be presented at the Customer Entrance. Download the METRO Companion app to keep your METRO card with you and never worry about losing your METRO card again!
