Product exchange: for food/non-food products

Food: We would like to inform you that we cannot take back any product that is classified as food, even in an unopened state, due to food safety reasons.

Nonfood: If the product and its packaging are unopened, undamaged, and in salable condition, you can request a replacement within 3 days by presenting the original invoice. If you do not wish to exchange the product, you have the option of returning the product to the store and we will issue a voucher equal to the purchase price of the product.
