MCompanion registration process

If you have already downloaded the application from one of the Google Play or App Store interfaces, you must first register a digital account. To do this, you must enter an e-mail address whose account you manage and a password of your choice. If you already have a Plastik Metro card, you can scan it using your phone's webcam after the account has been created, so that the card will be available online in the future. If you don't have a customer card yet, you can request one through the app. Businesses and other organizations with a tax number, institutions, etc. in this case, after the request, to confirm the registration or to receive the card (or to register it in the account), the person with representation (authorized to sign) must contact our store's customer service. This is not necessary when applying for a card for personal purchases only, because when applying for a Gourmet card, the card will automatically appear in the application after filling in the requested data.
