Possible problems

• If the login to our MCompanion application is unsuccessful, the interface displays an error, in most cases the reason for this is that the registration was done with a different e-mail address or the username/password was entered incorrectly. If the e-mail address is correct, you can use the "new password" function to change the password based on the contents of an email automatically generated by our system.
 

• If there is a problem that the registration was done with an old e-mail address, but it or the e-mail account belonging to it has already been discontinued or changed, it is possible to change the e-mail address that serves as the login ID through our customer service or the customer service of our stores.
 

• There may be cases when you cannot register the Metro card to your digital account. In this case, check whether the personal name on the card matches the name entered when registering the account. It can even be a difference of one or two characters. By logging into the account from the www.metro.hu page, you can change the previously registered name in the "My data" menu so that it matches the name on the customer card.
