We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we can issue copies of invoices older than 6 months for a fee. Inquire about this at the customer service of our stores.
- • We would like to inform you that you can access the invoices issued so far electronically if you create your digital account on our website (www.metro.hu) using the "Registration" button in the upper right corner, and then, after entering the account, upload the photo of the Metro customer card associated with your business as a file in any image format by clicking on the "Add Metro card" menu item.
- • After that, you can use the "Change account" icon to select the account associated with the card (it will appear under the personal account with name and address), by clicking on "Purchases" and then "Electronic invoices". Here you have the opportunity to download all the invoices in pdf format, which were generated when purchasing with the attached card.
- • If you download the METRO Companion application, you can also access the invoices digitally on this interface. We would like to inform you that our company is trying to switch to paperless operation, along which objective - in line with the established practice of the parent company - METRO Kereskedelmi Kft. will make invoices available to all cardholders in electronic form starting from February 1, 2026. For customers with a Gourmet card, the transition will start on January 1, 2026.
